Easy Eye Contact was started because eye contact is fundamental relating to other people and yet so few people are taught how it's actually done.

Practically every interaction with other people will entail some degree of eye contact. Our ability to make confident and natural eye contact influences other people's perceptions of us. It influences who hires us, who becomes our closest friends, and the quality of relationships that we share with those people.

Unfortunately, thousands of people across the world are dysfunctional in their eye contact behaviour through no fault of their own. Social isolation, learning from ineffective eye contact role models and early childhood trauma can all impact one's ability to make good eye contact. Easy Eye Contact seeks to educate and empower people to take control of this skill in order to live a more fulfilling social life.
